The Modesto Police Department is seeking citizen feedback via an on-line survey. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and provides vital information to help department personnel better serve their customers; the citizens of Modesto.
The internet-based survey form can be found on the internet at www.modestogov.com/mpd/survey/. Once complete, the form can be automatically submitted with the click of the mouse.
The surveys are also available in the lobby of the Modesto Police Department at 600 10th Street and the security kiosk located on the first floor of Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto.
