E. STATE ST FROM JEFFERSON ST TO 5TH ST TO BE CLOSED FOR FOUR DAYS FOR WATER REPAIRS 
ROCKFORD – Beginning on Tuesday May 11th , 2010 The Water Division will close the west bound traffic on E State St from Jefferson St to 5th St, to allow for emergency water repairs. Detours will be marked.
Work is expected to last four business (4) days, with completion scheduled for Friday May 14th, 2010.
Proper traffic controls will be set up, and the driving public is to use care when near work zone.
