Full Notification

Johnsburg Police Officer observed suspicious subjects and vehicle in a local neighborhood. The officer made contact and identified two male occupants. One male is known in the northern Illinois area as a person who has been involved with home repair frauds/scams. All residents are reminded that door to door solicitors/salespeople must obtain a permit with the village prior to soliciting. If approached by a solicitor, who is operating without a permit, please contact the police department to have an officer notified.
