FLOOD WATCH... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY 1050 PM EDT SAT MAY 1 2010

...PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND...

HEAVY RAIN LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING RESULTED IN MINOR FLOODING PROBLEMS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY. LOW PRESSURE OVER ARKANSAS WILL TRACK NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT BRINGING ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN TO THE REGION TONIGHT AND SUNDAY. THIS ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION AND
WILL PRESENT A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS FLOODING SCENARIO.
