Police activity at Valley View and Imperial Hwy in La Mirada regarding a bank robbery that just occurred. Avoid area 
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies are currently involved in a police activity in La Mirada at the Bank of the West, located at 12709 Valley View Ave, cross of Imperial Hwy.
Please avoid this area for the next 30 minutes.
A lone male Hispanic, approx 25 yrs of age, enter the bank and demanded money. No weapon was seen. Suspect obtained $2,500 in currency. He was last seen running west from the location. Helicopter and numerous field deputies are currently searching the area. Detectives are en route.
