LAPD Topanga Division seeks your help in locating a missing child:
Malcolm Marrs, M/Blk, 14 yrs, 5'10", 145, short mohawk haircut, thin build, last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and blue shoes with red laces.
Last seen: 22455 Victory Boulevard at the Children's Baptist Home, March 27, 2010 at 3:15 p.m.
Malcolm's birth mother, Jeanette Starks (F/Blk, 36 years), took Malcolm from the group home that he has been living in for the last two months. Ms. Starks is possibly homeless or living in transient housing in downtown LA. Malcolm did not take any of his possessions with him when he left with his mother. Ms. Starks is known to carry luggage with her and take public transportation.
