On Friday March 12, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Jerremy K. Swafford (m/w 25) of 5708 Oak Village Dr. in Roscoe for the alleged offenses, Improper Lane Usage, Driving While License Suspended and In State Warrant out of Winnebago County. Mr. Swafford was released after posting bond.

On Friday March 13, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Neil R. Jacobi (m/w 27) of 11808 Morris Dr. in Marengo for the alleged offense, In State Warrant out of Kane County. Mr. Jacobi was transported to McHenry County Jail.


On Sunday February 28, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Steven Michael Fischer (m/w 43) of 822 Doral Dr. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Improper Lane Usage, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Speeding, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Alcohol Concentration in Breath over 0.08. Mr. Fischer was released after posting bond.

On Wednesday March 10, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Christopher J. Stratton (m/w 21) of 955 Briden Dr. #6 in Marengo for the alleged offense, In State Warrant out of McHenry County. Mr. Stratton was transported to the McHenry County Jail.

On Wednesday January 20, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Anthony D. Wrucke (m/w 37) of 138 North Ford St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Alcohol Concentration in Breath 0.08 or more. Mr.Wrucke was released after posting bond.

On Saturday January 23, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Michael J. Obuchowski (m/w 55) of 603 ½ E. Prairie St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Improper Lane Usage, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mr.Obuchowski was released after posting bond.

On Thursday March 4, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Mary E. Manning (f/w 35) of 625 ½ State St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Domestic Battery, Unlawful Violation of an Order of Protection and Violation of Bail Bond. Ms. Manning was transported to the McHenry County Jail.

On Sunday March 7, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Carolyn J. Beaston-Gaughan (f/w 56) of 3702 Standish Rd. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Ms. Beaston-Gaughan was released after posting bond.

On Wednesday March 10, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Gerardo Gelacio-Barron (m/w 39) of 2450 Kobel Court in Rockford for the alleged offenses, Failure to Dim Headlights, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While License Suspended. Mr. Gelacio-Barron was released after posting bond.

On Saturday February 20,2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Teresa K. Bearer (f/w 41) of 460 Kennedy St. in Marengo for the alleged offense, In State Warrant out of McHenry County. Ms. Bearer was released after posting bond.

On Saturday February 20, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Jesse S. Cooke (m/w 20) of 1151 Cottonwood Ln. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Minor and Unlawful Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor. Mr. Cooke was released after posting bond.


On Wednesday January 27, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Trina J. Geng (f/w 20) of 400 Park Dr. #5 in Marengo for the alleged offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Geng was released with a Notice to Appear in Court.

On Saturday February 6, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Cesar Pantoja (m/h 20) of 565 Darlington Ln. #28 in Crystal Lake for the alleged offenses, Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Minor and Unlawful use of a Weapon. Mr. Pantoja was released after posting bond.

On Saturday February 6, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Jamie Villegas Jr. (m/h 18) of 147 Pecos Ct. in Carpentersville for the alleged offenses, Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Minor and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Mr.Villegas Jr. was released after posting bond.

On Saturday February 6, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Christopher M. Varela (m/h 18) of 1327 Brooksdale Dr. in Carpentersville for the alleged offenses, Unlawful use of a Weapon, Speeding, and Unlawful number of Passengers in Vehicle. Mr. Varela was released after posting bond.

On Monday February 22, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested David Fillmore Mac Intyre (m/w 48) of 5320 Burma Rd. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Driving With an Expired Drivers License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Alcohol Concentration in Breath over 0.08. Mr. Mac Intyre was transported to McHenry County Jail.


On Saturday February 6, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested David Robert McGhie (m/w 42) of 8510 Commons Dr. in Hickory Hills for the alleged offenses, Out of State warrant from Wisconsin and Obstructing Identification. Mr. McGhie was transported to McHenry County Jail.

On Monday February 8, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Amber L. Sams (f/w 18) of 754 Walnut Ct. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Driving a Vehicle with one Headlight, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Driving While License Suspended, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Ms. Sams was transported to McHenry County Jail.

On Thursday January 28, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Shawn M. McFarland (m/w 41) of 20311 Telegraph St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Criminal Trespass to Real Property and Harassment by Telephone. Mr. McFarland was released after posting bond.

On Monday February 8, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Beatrice Marie Amaya (f/w 23) of 1100 Briden Dr. #4 in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Two In State Warrants out of McHenry County and One In State Warrant out of Winnebago County. Ms. Amaya was transported to McHenry County Jail.
