Grand Theft Suspect Wanted for Package Thefts, see email for photo. 
The Arcadia Police Department is asking the public to take a look at the suspect in the attached photo. Do you recognize this man or the vehicle? This suspect is one of two men responsible for package thefts in the 400 block of East Lemon Avenue, Arcadia. The crime occurred on March 3, 2010 in the early afternoon hours. The suspects are wanted for Grand Theft. The suspect vehicle appears to possibly be a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser.
