communications. Its authenticated service connects city agencies to citizens in real-time,
delivering information to residents of geographically targeted areas and neighborhoods.
A note about messaging: you may occasionally receive a notification from another area agency.
This information should impact you based on the location you’ve registered in the system.
Should it not, you can unsubscribe from messages from that agency in two ways: 1) Log in and
click “Settings;” uncheck the “subscribe” box. 2) Click "Home." When your Personal Wire
appears, find the unwanted message and click Options and Unsubscribe next to the agency’s name.
