The National Weather Service Is Expecting Warmer
Temperatures To Cause Substantial Melting Of The Snow
Pack Over The Forecast Area.

The Melting Snow Will Result In Enough Runoff
To Cause Small Streams To Swell Tonight And Thursday.
Periods Of Rain Starting Thursday Night Into Sunday
Will Add To The Runoff And Increase The Risk Of
Flooding For Streams.

Widespread Rainfall Friday Into Saturday Will Increase
The Chances Of Flooding Along The Monongahela And Ohio
Rivers And Their Tributaries.
