The annual alarm permit renewals for 2010 have been mailed. LO #941 requires an annual renewal of all alarm permits where the alarm will result in the response of an emergency service (police, fire, ems). This does not include battery operated alarms within a home or business that only sound within the premises. Permits must be renewed within 30 days of the reciept of the mailing.
