Community Alert - 22nd District (Morgan Park) - Wanted for Attempted Kidnapping/Child Abduction

About This Crime
• On Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 2:35 p.m., a 12 year old female was walking in the 10300 block of South Campbell Avenue (2500 West), when a male white driving a green, 4-door, older model vehicle attempted to lure the victim to his vehicle by engaging her in a conversation. The victim ran to a neighbor who drove the victim home. The victim stated the same male white subject drove past her a couple of days earlier attempting to engage her in a conversation as she walked home from school. The subject continued driving Eastbound on 103rd Street.

About The Offender

• The offender was described as a male white, 40-49 years of age with blond hair.

• The offender was observed driving a dark green 4-door vehicle, unknown make and
model.
