Nor’ Easter update
As predicted, the biggest impact of the storm was tidal flooding along the coast. Linden was spared from any significant flooding or wind damage.
While the wind threat has largely passed, a Wind Advisory does remain in effect until noon today with gusts of 40 to 45 mph expected. Rain will taper off this afternoon before another round arrives and continues through the night. Another 1” - 1.5” is expected. There is a chance of heavy downpours and thunderstorms, which could lead to some localized flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas.
Showers are expected to linger into Monday morning.
