* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 230 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, West College Corner, Franklin, Salem, Waterloo, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Milton, Greens Fork and East Germantown.
