* WHERE...Northeastern Wayne County, Indiana.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 636 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced 2 to 4 inches of rain across the warned area. Minor flooding is ongoing. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Fountain City, Spring Grove, Bethel, Whitewater, Williamsburg and Middleboro.
