Join us as we celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary!
Mayor Derek Armstead and the City of Linden invite residents to kick off our nation’s Semiquincentennial celebration tomorrow beginning at 5:00 p.m.
The evening will begin with a flag raising ceremony in front of City Hall, followed by a special reading of the Declaration of Independence and the presentation of a commemorative gift to the City from the Armstead family.
After the ceremony, everyone is invited to a free community barbecue at the JTG Center, located behind City Hall at 311 Helen Street. Enjoy free food, music, and family-friendly fun as we celebrate this historic milestone together.
