A man was shot during a drive-by shooting near the intersection of La Loma and Santa Rosa Avenues at about 11:15 AM. 
A man was shot during a drive-by shooting near the intersection of La Loma and Santa Rosa Avenues at about 11:15 AM this morning. The man was walking with a woman and was pushing a baby in a stroller at the time of the shooting.
The suspect was described as a hispanic male with a braided pony-tail and tattoos on his neck. He was driving a silver Honda 4-door sedan and was last seen southbound on Santa Rosa.
More information will be released via Nixle later this afternoon. La Loma was blocked during the investigation but has been reopened.
