ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
The Green Bay Police Department and Packerland Veterinary Center, 121 Packerland Drive, are trying to locate the owner of a black and white female Shih Tzu that was brought in for emergency care on April 23, 2026, around 1:20 p.m.
The dog was reportedly struck by a vehicle near W. Mason Street and Packerland Drive. She had no collar and no microchip.
