UPDATE: The Green Bay Police Department has been informed that traffic lights on the city's east side are once again functioning.
This update follows a brief outage on the morning of Thursday, April 2, 2026.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: GBPD Urges Drivers to Use Caution at Intersections with Traffic Light Outages on City's East Side
The Green Bay Police Department is urging drivers to use caution Thursday, April 2, 2026, as multiple traffic lights are currently out on the east side of Green Bay.
Drivers should treat the following intersections as four-way stops:
- Main Street & Lime Kiln Road
- E Mason Street & Main Street
- Main Street & Auto Plaza Way
- Main Street & Manitowoc Road
- Main Street & Pecan Street
- E Mason Street & Edgewood Drive
- E Mason Street & East Town Way
NOTE: This list of intersections may change at any time. There also appears to be some outages that extend beyond city limits.
The City of Green Bay Department of Public Works along with Wisconsin Public Service are working on restoration.
