The City of Linden has extended the deadline for residential property owners to clear sidewalks until Thursday, February 26th.
As a reminder, property owners are also responsible to clear fire hydrants and corners where the sidewalk meets the street.
This extension does not apply to commercial property; summonses will be issued to commercial property owners in violation starting today.
Additionally, summons will be issued to any vehicle that is snowbound on any street beginning tomorrow morning.
