UPDATE:
SUSPECT IN CUSTODY
The Green Bay Police Department was able to take the suspect into custody on Thursday, February 12, 2026, around 3:45 p.m. without further incident.
The 21-year-old man, a non-Wisconsin resident, was wanted on a felony warrant issued by another state.
The recommended shelter in place order has been lifted and streets will be reopened once officers clear the area.
No further information is planned for release.

LARGE POLICE PRESENCE: 200 Blk S. Fisk St; Street Closures in Place
The Green Bay Police Department has a large police presence in 200 block of S. Fisk Street due to a barricaded suspect wanted on a felony warrant.
We are asking the public in the immediate area to shelter in place and for drivers to find alternate routes of travel at this time due to area street closures.
Media staging will be at the corner of Western Avenue and S. Locust Street.
