RE: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On July 12 2009, BLRPD officers were dispatched to investigate criminal mischief at the Topton Car Wash. According to the business owner, it is believed that sometime during the overnight hours of July 11 and July 12th, unknown actor(s) had pryed the control box/coin receptacles in the wash bays open. At this time it is unknown if the actor(s) successfully removed any money from the machines. This case remains under investigation
