RE: RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
On July 12th 2009 BLRPD officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Wetzel St. for a residential burglary that had just been discovered by the homeowner. At this time it is believed that the suspect(s) kicked in the front door between 0820 am and 1000 am, and then removed cash and jewelry. There was no one home at the time of the burglary.
**** SUSPECT VEHICLE INFORMATION: At the time of the burglary, a neighbor observed a white pick-up truck (possibly a late model Ford F-150) with a ladder rack and red ladder parked in the victim's driveway. The vehicle was described as having a loud exhaust system.
This case remains under investigation.
