At approximately 10 PM on 12/11/25, the Green Bay Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Elmore St. The male subject fled the scene but was quickly located in a vehicle in the 500 block Dousman St.
Officers established cause to arrest the male on charges of disorderly conduct (domestic violence related) and obstructing an officer. The male refused to exit his vehicle. Crisis Negotiators and SWAT were called to the scene. The subject was taken into custody at approximately 1:15 AM this morning.
