Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, the Department of Parks & Recreation and the Halloween Parade Committee invite you to attend Linden’s 72nd annual Halloween Parade this Sunday, October 26th at 2pm.
The theme of this year’s parade celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Linden's Incorporation – so get your costumes ready and join the fun!
Please be alert for heavier than normal pedestrian activity and avoid the area if possible.
There will be no parking on Wood Ave between Route 1 & Curtis St from 9:00am - 4:00 p.m.
S. Wood Ave will be closed from Route 1 - Linden Ave beginning at 11:30 a.m. The entire length of Wood Ave will be closed between Route 1 & Gibbons St beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Vehicles will be allowed to cross Wood Ave on Linden Ave and Elizabeth Ave on an intermittent basis. Price Street will be open to local traffic only. Drivers should expect heavy delays on these roads, especially after the parade begins.
