Beginning Monday, September 22, 2025 the Linden Police Traffic Bureau, in coordination with Linden Public Schools, will be implementing a new one-way traffic pattern on Dill Ave in front of School #4.
On school days during morning arrival (generally 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.) and during afternoon dismissal (generally 2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.) traffic will flow one way eastbound from Cranford Avenue toward Grant Avenue.
Parents and residents can expect some delays, expecially initially, and Officers will be on scene to assist. Please allow additional time for drop off & pickup, follow posted signs and guidance, and exercise patience. We understand these changes may be challenging for some, but this new pattern will reduce traffic congestion and improve the safety of our children during arrival and dismissal.
