Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male Hispanic 13 years old.
Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to the 8800 block of Whittier Blvd, in the City of Pico Rivera regarding am assault with a deadly weapon call.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The incident does not appear to be connected to the homicide that occurred on August 21, 2025, in Pico Rivera at this time.
Currently, there is no suspect information.
