INCIDENT: Robbery

LOCATION: 15004 Wakita Boulevard, Apple Valley

SUSPECT(S): Unknown

VICTIM(S): 16-year-old male, Apple Valley

SUMMARY: 
On Saturday, May 31, 2025, at about 8:50 p.m., a 16-year-old boy walked through the southern part of the Civic Center Park located at 14999 Dale Evans Parkway, in Apple Valley. Three Black females and nine Black males (approximate ages 16 to 25) approached the victim.  A female in the group ripped the victim's necklace off his neck and a male punched the victim on the right side of his head. The victim fell to the ground and was repeatedly punched and kicked by the subjects. The female who initially ripped off the victim’s necklace, took his wallet which contained his debit card.

At 9:33 p.m., the victim's debit card was used to make three purchases at a liquor store. Surveillance video captured a Black female juvenile make the purchases with the stolen debit card while being accompanied by different Black male juveniles. The identities of the suspects have not been obtained

Investigators are releasing photos and are asking for assistance from the community in identifying the suspects involved.
