* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in east central Indiana, Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 252 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Franklin, Abington, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston, Whitewater, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg, Jacksonburg, Middleboro and Richmond Municipal Airport.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
