* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Wayne County, Indiana.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1140 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Franklin, Abington, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston, Whitewater, Williamsburg, Jacksonburg, Middleboro and Richmond Municipal Airport.
