Victim Finds Stolen Property for Sale Online; Suspect Identified and Arrested

INCIDENT: Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 25500 block of Prospect Ave, Loma Linda, CA, 92354
SUSPECT(S): Victor Ibarra, 30-year-old resident of Loma Linda
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 30, 2025, at about 1:39 p.m., deputies from the Central Station responded to the 25500 block of Prospect Avenue, Loma Linda reference a burlgary report. The victim reported that on May 22, 2025, approximately $4,000 worth of property was stolen from an attached garage. The victim located some of the stolen property listed for sale on OfferUp. Through investigation, the OfferUp account was found to be associated to a neighbor of the victim, Victor Ibarra.
A search warrant was subsequently served at Ibarra's residence. The warrant yielded the recovery of some of the victim's property and a stolen motorcycle. Ibarra was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center for 1st degree residential burglary, and possession of a stolen vehicle, He is being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.
