An 18-year-old Green Bay woman recently arrested in connection with the August 7, 2024, shooting that resulted in the death of Brandon Ramirez of Green Bay has been charged.
In an ongoing investigation, detectives arrested Rosemary Williams of Green Bay on March 25, 2025, for alleged involvement in the shooting on the 1200 block of Berner Street.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Williams on Tuesday, April 15, 2025:
- Felony Murder
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery
- Obstructing an Officer

Darian Pinchart of Green Bay:
- First Degree Intentional Homicide
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Use of Dangerous Weapon
- Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery
- Possession of a Firearm by Adjudicated Delinquent
Nigel White of Green Bay:
- First Degree Intentional Homicide
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Use of Dangerous Weapon
- Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery

- Bail Jumping - Misdemeanor
- Bail Jumping – Misdemeanor
