Full Notification

On February 10, 2010, at approximately 5:05PM, the TCF Bank at 6410 W 127th St was robbed. Three armed offenders entered the bank, and stole an as of yet undetermined amount of currency. Members of the Palos Heights Police Department stopped the offender's vehicle less than a mile from the bank. With assistance from various other police agencies, the three offenders were taken into custody without incident. Each offender was wearing ballistic (bulletproof) vests at the time of their arrest. Recovered from the vehicle were numerous firearms, as well as the stolen currency. The incident has been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigations. The names of the offenders are being withheld at this time pending further investigation.
