* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...For the following counties, in central Kansas, Dickinson. In east central Kansas, Geary. In north central Kansas, Clay and Ottawa. In northeast Kansas, Jackson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.
* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 249 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - This flood warning replaces the flash flood warnings that are set to expire at 3:15 am CDT. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Westmoreland, Blaine, Wakefield, Riley, Onaga, Milford, Leonardville, Wetmore, Olsburg, Randolph, Corning, Soldier, Havensville, Goff, Wheaton, Manchester, Longford, Tuttle Creek Lake and Lillis.

Instructions:
