NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to a shooting death investigation. The incident occurred on Monday, March 17, 2025, at approximately 5:16 PM, on the 500 block of Leverett Ave., in the city of La Puente.
The victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
