The suspect surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident. The area was deemed safe, and all neighborhood evacuees were allowed to return to their homes.

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) personnel are responding to assist South Los Angeles Station with a barricaded suspect. The incident was reported Monday, February 3, 2025, at approximately 6:03 p.m., on the 1100 block of West 110th Street in Unincorporated Los Angeles.
SEB personnel will assume tactical command and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) is attempting to make contact with the suspect to bring this to a peaceful conclusion.
