Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Johnnie Mildred Downs. She is an 82 year-old female Black. Her last known location was on the 200 block of East Pentagon Street, in the unincorporated area of Altadena. Ms. Downs resides in a fire zone and may be displaced due to the Eaton Fire.
Johnnie is 5’04” tall, 170 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Her family is concerned for her well-being and asking for the public’s help.
