Deputies Arrest Colton Man for Stalking and Annoying/Molesting a Minor

SUSPECT(S): John Anthony Ayala, 39-year-old Resident of Colton
VICTIM(S): Confidential: 13-year-old Female
SUMMARY: On December 20, 2024, Highland Sheriff's deputies received information that John Ayala, who is a self-employed training coach and peviously worked at Inland Peak Performance and F1 Training, located in San Bernardino, was sending inappropiate text messages to a female juvenile. Investigators learned Ayala had followed the victim and intentionally showed up in places he knew she would be.
Highland deputies and detectives executed a search warrant at Ayala's residence in Colton. Multiple electronic devices were located and confiscated as part of the investigation. Ayala was booked at the Central Detetion Center for the above charges.
