On December 20, 2024, at approximately 10 P.M., officers from the Azusa Police Department responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call on the 300 Block of North Soldano Avenue, in the City of Azusa.
When officers arrived on scene, they discovered a female victim at the location suffering from stab wounds. Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded, and the victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide investigators responded and assumed control of the investigation. The investigation is on-going and there is no additional information available at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to assist Azusa Police Department with a stabbing death investigation. The incident was reported Friday, December 20, 2024, at approximately 10:07 p.m. on the 300 block North Soldano Ave, Azusa.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
