Deputies from East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station responded to the 500 block of Eastmont Avenue in Los Angeles regarding a report of a gunshot victim at the location. Upon arrival, deputies located a male suffering from a gunshot wound. Los Angeles County Fire paramedics responded and transported the male to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
