INCIDENT: HS11379, Transportation of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: Mountain View Avenue/Juanita Street, Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Ruben Luevano, 57-year-old resident of Redlands
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On November 16, 2024, at approximately 10:18 p.m., Deputy A. Fonzi from the Central Station conducted a bicycle stop near the intersection of Mountain View Avenue and Juanita Street in the city of Loma Linda for city ordinance violations. Fonzi contacted the subject, Ruben Luevano, who was found to have eight active arrest warrants. Luevano was found to be in possession of a large quantity of methamphetamine, numerous hypodermic needles, a scale, and other items indicative of the transportation/sale of controlled substances.
Ruben Luevano was arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center for transportation of a controlled substance.
