Local law enforcement is reporting a bell out incident on US Loop 467 just east of the city limits. The approximate location of the incident is about 200 yards from the Holiday Host. The individual that evaded aw-enforcement was a Hispanic male, wearing a black jacket with a high visibility vest on and blue jeans. Subject ran in a south east direction from the traffic stop.
