Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Mendi Michelle Dutton. She is a 46 year-old Black female who was last contacted on October 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. on the 14000 block of Olive View Drive in the city of Sylmar.
Mendi is 5’08”, 150bs, with black hair, short afro, brown eyes, with a rainbow tatoo on left arm and tattoos on her back.
Ms. Dutton suffers from a mental health disorder and her family is concerned for her well-being. She is known to frequent skid row in Los Angeles.
