The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was notified by the California Department of State Hospitals that there will be a residential placement hearing for Christopher Hubbart, a sexually violent predator, on October 1, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.
CHRISTOPHER HUBBART has a long history of committing violent sex crimes against women. He has been prosecuted in Los Angeles and Santa Clara counties. On March 24, 2023, the Santa Clara County Superior Court found Mr. Hubbart suitable for conditional release and ordered the Department of State Hospital (DSH) to begin the search for housing in Los Angeles County. DSH has recommended that Mr. Hubbart be placed in the city of Pearblossom, CA.
