Investigators in Rancho Cucamonga Believe Sexual Battery Suspect May Have Other Victims; Photo Released

SUMMARY: In May of 2024, San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies took a report of sexual battery. They discovered the suspect, Charles Russell, a certified masseuse, sexually touched a customer inappropriately during a massage at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, in Rancho Cucamonga. Detectives substantiated the allegations against Russell and obtained an arrest warrant.
On June 12, 2024, Russell was arrested and booked in at the West Valley Detention Center. Through further investigation, and based on information collected, deputies believe there may be additional victims. Detectives are releasing Russell's photograph in an attempt to locate additional victims.
