Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Richard Torres. He is a 30-year-old, male Hispanic who was last contacted by family on May 7, 2024, at 4:51 p.m.
 
Richard is 5’06” tall, 135lbs, with black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. He has a sleeve tattoo with a large flower on his left forearm.  He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt with the words "High Sierras California," and dark gray cargo pants.

Mr. Torres's family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
