NARRATIVE:
Deputies from the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station responded to the 43400 block of 57th Street W in Lancaster regarding a medical rescue call.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered a male juvenile with a laceration to the upper torso. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital and pronounced deceased.
A male adult discovered at the location also suffered a medical emergency. He was transported to a local hospital and in stable condition.
At this time, no arrest has been made.
