Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Kapeneta Pulemagafa. He is a 63-year-old male Samoan who was last seen on January 23, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. on the 5800 block of Woodruff Avenue in Lakewood.
Kapeneta is 5’08” tall, 210 lbs., bald, with brown eyes and, a full beard, and has a tattoo of a bird on his left arm. He was last seen wearing a red “49ERS” hat, yellow reflective vest, and blue jeans. gold/leather chain.
Mr. Pulemagafa suffers from dementia.
His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
