Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help locating Critical Missing Juvenile, Oscar Eduardo Flores Sorta. He is a 13 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on the 900 block of South Downey Road in the City of East Los Angeles, on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Oscar is 5’06”, 160lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with black denim pants, black shoes and black backpack.
His family is concerned for his well-being.
