Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
Deputies from Lakewood Sheriff’s Station responded to the 9000 block of Artesia Boulevard in the city of Bellflower regarding a gunshot victim call.
The incident occurred on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at approximately 1:22 a.m.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim, a Hispanic male, 40-50 years of age, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect or suspect vehicle information.
The investigation is ongoing, and currently there is no additional information.
